Hurom - Bowl/Chamber - Black (HU-100SB)

Replacement chamber does not fit

Well after my package bounced around NY for 10days it finally arrived, only it does not interlock with the existing mechanism

I love my Hurom...BUT....

Let me preface by saying that I do love my Hurom. I purchased it in 2012 and use it 1-2 times weekly. The strainer and spinning brush were getting very worn. I decided to replace them as the base still works great. When I was ordering them, the customer rep said that the inventory of parts for my model was low as it was discontinued. I decided to also order the bowl, hoping to be able to use my Hurom for a while longer. I specifically gave her the model number and serial number. She said that a bowl was available. When all three pieces arrived, the wrong bowl was sent. It will not work with my Hurom. I have called and emailed regarding reurning the bowl with no response from Hurom! Its not only that I would like to be refunded the $58.00, but is parts inventory is low for these older models, some one else may be able to use this bowl! So eventhough I do love my Hurom, I am very disappointed with the customer service. This incident has caused me to question if I will purchase another Hurom in the future.
