Great fit and comfort

The shoes are a great minimalist sneaker option. No break-in required, they were comfortable on the first wear and the extra pair of laces is a nice touch for white sneakers. Only knock is for delivery. Six months and 3 weeks after the order confirmation email I hadn't gotten any update. I contacted support who looked into it and the next day they said my order was shipping. It felt like my order fell between the cracks and it took a service ticket to sort it out.

Buyer Beware

I really wanted to like these shoes, but I cannot recommend them or this company. I purchased two dress sneakers: a white pair in size 10 and black pair in 9. 5. Upon receiving the shoes, I tried them on and decided to exchange the size 9. 5 for a 10. The automated exchange process had me submit photos of the shoes, pay a $6 fee, select a pickup date, and said once I receive the label via email, I could place the package out front. The label never came, and it also wouldn’t allow me to adjust the pickup date, so I reached out to Ace Marks customer service. After a few canned responses from them after obviously not reading my email, they said I must have missed something, so they reset the return request and asked me to process it again. I decided to try from my computer this time thinking maybe the mobile browser messed something up; however, I had the same result, so I reached out again. After nearly a week of this process, they finally provided me a label and said to drop off at a FedEx. Done. At this point I wore the white pair for the first time to the office. After one day of wearing them, white flakes of paint began falling off the shoes. I provided them the attached photos and instead of acknowledging the defect, they simply reminded me that the don’t accept returns or exchanges for worn shoes. They didn’t even bother to offer a discount on an obviously defective shoe. Every interaction with this company has been terrible, so I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
