Overall good quality shoe trees. However, I was really disappointed with the pari of oxfords purchase. The manufacturing and shipping time was far longer than expected (7 months) —what should have taken three months max. The communication and updates were slow. When the shoes finally arrived, the quality, packing and finish did not justify the wait. The finish was so so. Definitely not what I expected from the website pictures. The packaging was also subpar. The box was flimsy and arrived partially crushed, offering minimal protection during transit. No dust bag covers. For a product that’s supposed to be formal and polished, the presentation and care were clearly lacking. Overall, between the excessive delay, poor craftsmanship, and careless packaging, I would not recommend ordering these shoes online.
