I bought one of these to see how well it was going to work for me and possibly my students. I just ordered a few more for my students to use because it is such a great piece of equipment. It is well constructed and you can take it anywhere. My students are just starting to use them and have expressed how cool it is and like adding it to their workout.

Fun workout

Enjoy using the inertia wave. Added the inertia wave in between my workout set just to change it up. Definitely gets your heart rate going and you can feel your muscles working. Like anything the more you practice using the inertia wave the better my form and more focus on what my muscles are working
