Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus

So, as a stand-alone piece the 3600 Plus works great for camping. However, I bought a Plus product thinking it would also work with my Smart Transfer Switch and provide home power back up. Nowhere did Jackery make it clear that it WILL NOT work. This is extremely frustrating for me and a big disappointment. Lowers my trust in the Jackery brand. How complicated could it be to make this product more flexible?

Great product - poor customer service

I bought the 3600+ it’s great! I’ve had a problem with the adapters and extension cords. They said they would get back to me with a resolution to my problem and that is not happened. I’m sure they’re busy but so am I and I need this equipment. Please reach back out to me and get me some replacement extension cords and collectors. Thank you.

Home power

I I give jackery a five-star rating. The model that I got the 3600 is a little heavy for me personally I'm 75 years old and it's hard to lift, but the wheels make it extremely easy to move around to where I need it. I just won't try to lift it. Definitely five stars for it and the solar panels that I got with it.
