Best option for my needs

Haven’t used yet but ordering and shipping were easy and the generator arrived in perfect condition. Was easy to charge and setup. Researched this product and other manufacturers’ products thoroughly and the Jackery looked like my best option. Serves as a backup to our Generac standby generator. We were hit by close lightning strikes twice which took out our transfer switch. If that happens again, the Jackery will keep our refrigerator and our freezer going until power is restored.

This little powerhouse is amazing I highly recommended I bought this to protect my business equipment during power outages it will literally keep my entire house on for days if needed its saved me 2x in the last 3 weeks since delivery

I have not used yet but I am ready for when I do. I wish the manual was bigger and a little more detail other than a picture and the letters (A and B) on units to plug in the expansion batteries were a different color other than black (prefer orange). I could not get the expansion battery to charge but customer service was able to walk me through the reset. They were very nice and helpful.
