Women's Trail Blazer Mid

Wow! Ive been looking for these boots for a while. I havent worn them hiking on trails yet, but I have worn them on walks no blisters and so comfortable out of the shoe box! Excited to take these on a hike

A game changer

Every pair of hiking boot i have ever had gave me blisters and pain in my little toe. I purchased these boots after my daughter got a pair. I can't believe how light and comfortable these shoes are. I wore them every day for 8 days before leaving for the Grand Canyon. We hiked down to the bottom and back with no problem. I am super happy with them.

Backpacing

I switched to Xero shoes from conventional about 5 years ago. I'm 56 now and need a harder base so I decided to try the Lems zero drop, which was well worth the switch. I have a string of packgoats so we put on an average of 150 to 175 trekking miles each year. The Trail Blazers have been solid from first step. The only reason I'm giving 4 versus 5 stars is the ventilation over the toe box is great for just that but does give opportunity for small pebbles & dry grass to move in. Having that said, I'm making the switch from Xeros to Lems.
