When I first pulled this TEC Flannel out of the package, my immediate thought was, "There's no way this is going to fit me. " I'm 6'1", 265 pounds, and most of my weight is carried in my stomach, so finding flannels that fit properly without feeling restrictive can be a challenge. To my surprise, this flannel fit like a glove. It was tailored enough to look good but never felt tight or uncomfortable. I had a full range of motion, and it didn't bind up when reaching, bending, or working. What really sets this flannel apart is the wind-resistant lining. It does an excellent job of blocking cold air without making you feel overheated. It keeps me warm when temperatures drop, yet remains comfortable when the weather starts to warm up. That's a combination that is hard to find. Another feature I really appreciate is the snap-button design. Anyone who wears flannels regularly knows that thicker shirts can be a hassle to button and unbutton throughout the day. The snaps make it incredibly easy to take on and off, especially when you're layering up or adjusting to changing temperatures. I own a lot of flannels, including several Dixon flannels, heavy-duty Columbia flannels, and Eddie Bauer flannels. Out of all of them, this is by far my favorite. It's the warmest flannel I own, one of the easiest to move around in, and one of the most comfortable in varying temperatures. In fact, after wearing my first one, I was so impressed that I bought every color available. This has become one of my go-to flannels, and I highly recommend it.

Style and function

I work in a manufacturing environment near the coast of California. I needed something with pockets, style, and quality material. Temperatures are typically 60 degrees in the morning and can range wildly in the afternoon. So sleeves down when the sun’s down and sleeves up when the sun’s up. Nothing but compliments from colleagues and I am loving them, I got 3 in different colors!

Best flannel I own

This is the second flannel I bought from true work. This is my favorite work clothing brand. But this flannel I wear on all occasions I love the snap buttons makes everything easier. It’s very durable and really well-made quality product.
