I ordered and found the oxtails were not the ones advertised throughout your ads and online presence. I am very disappointed with the sizes of the two small oxtails received for $80 something dollars.

Honestly not that good. Followed directions to the letter and ended up with more towards dry and no sauce. Dusty flavor. We waited months to order from you and then spent over $200 for five or six oxtails. Super disappointed.
