Perfect pasta alternative. Taste is great. Texture reminds me of ramen noodles. Great treat when I’m craving pasta

This tastes really good but be sure to rinse it well as it has a bad smell right out of the package. A lot of the plant based noodles have a bad smell, they just need to be rins3d well.
