Shiritaki noodles in general are pretty tasteless. The addition of oat fiber really makes the mouth feel and taste much better. The fettuccine noodles work nicely in an Asian or Stroganoff type dish. 1/4 of the package is a lot and only 28 calories and very filling. So good on those hungry days.

Zeroodle pasta

I ordered an assortment of the zeroodle pastas because I eat a low carb diet. I have been eating traditional shiratake noodles for years. They are rubbery and crunchy and really are not a favorite. The zeroodle noodles are like eating actual pasta! Loved the texture and after a very thorough wash and dry of the noodles there was no residual odor. They are the noodle I have been looking for! Back to eating yummy Italian! I am thrilled! Buying a bigger order next time for my family too!!! I’ve shared some with my diabetic friends. We all agree.... yummy! Well done zeroodle!!!
