Veggie Pasta Hearts of Palm Noodles by Natural Heaven - Spaghetti

The spaghetti was a good texture and great taste.

Spaghetti?

I think it's a stretch calling this heart of palm product "spaghetti". The pieces were very small, maybe 1.5" long. The consistency (al dente) was close, and the taste wasn't similar at all. You might call it pasta and get away with it, but not spaghetti. However, it wasn't horrible, especially with sauce. My husband disliked it, I felt it was ok. Sorry.
