Birch Luxe Natural Mattress

I ordered the queen size birch luxe mattress and it’s been great! Just the right amount of bounce and softness for me. Delivery process was fairly easy, I even got two free pillows!

The bed is very soft and comfortable, but does not hold it's shape well at all. After just a few months of use I'm already concerned about the longevity of this bed

Comfortable, But Incorrectly Sized.

The bed is advertised as a FULL size, but in reality after several weeks it remains several inches short and wide of a standard full and does not properly fit in the existing FULL size bed frame as my previous Tuft & Needle did perfectly. Overall the mattress is comfortable, but at this price point I am surprised by the quality control defects in properly sizing the mattress…this seems very basic.
