Birch Luxe Natural Mattress

I thought my bed was comfortable, but it was sagging, after 25 years:). I was concerned the new bed would be too hard because I typically like soft beds to keep my hips from hurting. The Birch bed was perfect from the start, it's firm in a supportive way. I was having a lot of pain when I got up in the morning, and I saw the review on Silver and Solo. She said she had no more pain after getting up in the morning, and she was right. It's amazing! I understand what support feels like now and I am now an unpaid Birch Living salesperson! I tell everyone what a great experience this has been.

Great mattress, just not for me

The mattress itself is well-made, did not have any offgassing or bad smell, unfortunately the latex was just too bouncy for me so I am having to return it. But if you like latex, you will love this mattress! I do wish they had the option of free white glove service. The mattress comes, rolled up and in a box and it can be cumbersome to carry in and get set up on your own. Customer service has been good so far and helping me with the return process.

It is a great mattress so far at 1 month. I think I could use the extra topper but I’m waiting to see if o adjust. It’s great for a side sleeper to get the luxe version. The money downside is how heavy the mattress is.
