"Oven Ready" Rolled and Stuffed Turkey Breast

Perfect!

The stuffed turkey breast was perfect for our very small gathering. I wrapped it in cheese cloth, slathered it in butter and roasted it. Turned out perfectly. Juicy, moist and very tasty. The stuffing was lovely. It also looks amazing all sliced up on a platter. People are always impressed! I will be ordering again next year!

Excellent, Easy and worth the splurge

Yes, it was relatively expensive, and prior to placing my order, wondered if it would be worth it. The answer is yes! My husband and I agreed that it was the best tasting turkey we ever had. Moreover, the stuffed breast is really simple and fast to prepare: 1.5 hours in the oven along with my own stuffing and sides, and voila.
