Since using the red light bulk in my bedside lamp this has really helped my sleep routine. Will definitely be buying again soon.

great night sleep

Due to my husband and I having different bed times - its really been great to allow me to get to sleep with some light in the room - also very calming . he is then able to see when he comes in without disturbing me and also fall alsleep better
