These bars are a great snack if you want to increase your protein intake and avoid sugar and many of the strange chemicals often found in high protein snacks. As I head into my 60’s I want to avoid muscle wasting, keep strong and avoid falls from frailty. These bars are my secret weapon! I love the hazelnut one as any coated in chocolate end up melting in my hand or the packet which is messy.

I love these bars... great taste and quality ingredients... I usually have my breakfast and then eat this on my way to the gym for extra protein... or directly after my workout... yummy 😊

So far the best

I probably enjoy the flavour and texture of these protein bars the most after training. They remained the most intact in my bag as well. Totally my fault that I am rough with them but they did their shape.
