Very Nice Chair

Very nice chair — my only critique would be that the “bell” (not sure if that’s what it’s called) that covers the bottom attachment point of the base is plastic — would have preferred that to be made of metal. When I received the chair, it would not tip back slightly as expected, so I had to flip the chair over and remove a locking pin that was jammed into place (at first I didn’t think it was moveable and called customer support, but they didn’t know what I was talking about - but with pliers and a lot of force was able to remove it). So maybe a note in the box indicating the existence of the pin, and that it’s moveable, although it may be tight). Also, if the chair raised slightly higher (I’ve hit the upper stop) that would be great as well — but not a deal breaker. Overall a nice-looking piece of furniture that is comfortable and pairs well with my Crafters and Weavers desk.

It is just as described, solid and comfortable. It matches my desk and looks great. High quality. As an aside, the arms do not fit under the desk.

Would not purchase again

Poorly constructed, missing bolts. Top of chair separated from the base causing chair to come apart when I sat on it.. Poorly packed. Poor workmanship on the leather seat, wood the joinery and poly finish.
