Look no more. This is the best Italian beef and sausage in Chicago and anywhere else. The Italian sausage is flavorful, tender, and juicy. It is not salty and melds perfectly with the beef. Oh, my! the beef is seasoned perfectly. The Au Jus is perfect. (I dip my sandwich.) We are simply overwhelmed. The brick and mortar Beef Places just don't compare. This meat is truly prime cut and prime preparation. It so nice to prepare one of our favorite sandwiches at home. Thanks for taking all the work of this product. PS: My husband has dubbed Scott- The BOUTIQUE BUTCHER --- we feel so special when we eat this product. We feel the same way when we eat the pork sausage and the Mother Chucker Prime Burger -- Food fit for a KING! (or QUEEN)
