Chicago's Cut Bacon (2.5 lbs)

Bad bacon

Package received with shrink wrap totally loose. Expiration date close to 6 weeks. I thought that was odd for bacon. Fixed several slices and it tastes so strong. Not happy with this purchase at all.

Great smoky bacon

Excellent smoky flavor to bacon. It tasted fresher than store bought bacon. I cooked for both breakfast and stuffed under skin of TG turkey for self bastin effect. Delicious either way. I also split 2 lb package into 4 ½ lb portions - wrapped each in heavy duty seran wrap & stored in freezer in zip top freezer bag.
