The perfect travel backpack for me

Last year I purchased the B&R "Traveler Backpack" and used it along with my B&R "Essential 22" Carry-on Spinner" for a 1 week vacation to Grand Cayman. Of course, I packed each piece to the fullest. The Traveler Backpack held so much that it was far too heavy and bulky for me to comfortably carry. Lacking an alternative at the time, I used it anyway. (For reference: I am 5'6", 142 lbs and female) I then purchased the "U-Zip Backpack" to use for my 2026 vacation. This backpack was perfect! At only 10 lbs, when fully packed, it comfortably held all of my essentials, including a light sweater. It is comfortable to wear, beautifully made, not too many pockets and the zippers open & close smoothly for easy access. I will be using this backpack for all of my travel adventures!

Love it, needs to be 15% bigger

I love the design and it’s exactly what I wanted. But it’s smaller than I wanted. It’s tight to get my laptop in it, tight to get over my roller bag handle and the front pocket is super small and hard to fill when the backpack is full

Backpack review

I bought this as a Christmas present to replace my wife’s travel backpack. She loves it! It’s the right size to store under an airline seat, yet still big enough to be useful. The design and pockets are well thought out. And as with all of the Briggs & Riley products, the materials and top quality and she loves the color.
