The saw is very light and quiet. Using a commercial blade produced good results. The company was very responsive to my request when I had an issue. Overall I am very pleased with its results on its first job.

The reason why I rated you 3 stars is because I have haven't used the saw yet. I unpacked everything already, but I have not used it as of this writing. The second reason why I rated you 3 stars is because I paid for priority shipping and my item was not delivered in a timely fashion. The outer shipping container was damaged during shipping. I believe this could have been avoided if the shipping container was of a more dense, sturdy and heavier weight material. Fortunately the saw appears not to be damaged.
