I have been using this timer over a year and I really like it. However, the one I have stopped working so I ordered 2 new ones. They arrived One of them works and one of them does not. Now I have to figure out how to replace the one that isn't working properly.

I bought 30 of them for $10.99 each last year (bulk discount) now you charged me $15.99 each for quanitity of 30? 50% increase for bulk purchase 12 months later? How about a credit for something reasonable?
