Some creatines seem to stay granulated, no matter how much you shake it. This one dissolves very well. I combine it with pre-workout and find that my energy levels are high and sustained throughout my workout thanks to this. Highly recommended and will likely purchase again.

I highly recommend this product. I recently purchased the 250g Creatine after my partner suggested it, and I’ve been using it every day. I feel like it has been helping me, and I’m almost finished with my first tub. I also purchased the 1kg tub which is more affordable to buy.
