Very nice cold-brewer, large volume

Toddy recommends about 5 lbs of ground coffee, and a whole lot of water, but it makes a TON of cold brew. Following the recipe I ended up with just over 10 L of concentrate, for 20L of cold brew. It was plenty for serving 160 patrons at an event. I can't see this ever being useful at the residential level, but for a cafe or roaster looking to offer a large quantity of cold brew, it's a great option. Very easy to use, the lift seemed to work great. My only complaint is the expense of the filters. They are some of the priciest filters I've ever seen, and not very tough, mine ripped slightly at the top while preparing for the ground coffee.
