Easy to brew

A very easy roast to brew, I find that I can grind much finer than usual, with no risk of a clogged filter or overextraction with this roast, which means I can get a good cup with very little effort, which is great first thing in the morning when I'm not trying to think too much. Overall this is a very clean cup with a lovely fruit forward flavour and pleasant background tea notes.

Amazing in cold brew!

Tried this coffee by cold brew steeping, tastes amazing! Definitely one of the best I've had.

We tried this as an espresso and as a pour-over and both were good, light, drinking experiences. We probably preferred the Milky Cake and The Alchemist, but it was interesting to explore this one.
