Detoxifying Charcoal Mask

The mask itself is great… it seems to be doing what it claims My issue is I ordered two of the Detox Charcoal masks and to date I have only received one. I did send a email inquiring about the other order. Response was refund or product ship. I requested the order. About a week later a received a response of thank you. Still waiting on my product/ order.
