This has been my go-to for about 8 months now, I drink it every morning. The taste is really good and it dissolves quickly. I only use 1 scoop at a time and this works well enough for me. I do not use it for a pre-workout supplement, I use it as my morning caffeine routine. I really appreciate this company, their transparency, and the commitment they have to producing and providing clean products.
