Jackery HomePower 3000

Liking the secure feeling, but hoping we never have to use...

After our power went out for over 24 hours, our sump pump stopped and we ended up with several inches of water in the basement, we decided to get a Jackery 3000 to prevent this from happening again. I had an issue ordering online so I called and ordered by phone. No problem at all. We feel confident that the Jackery will meet our needs, but I wish it came with a little more information about how to use it. I watched the unboxing video. It didn't offer much more than describing what was in the box. I read the article "How to use your Jackery in a power outage" and I suggest you include a printout in the box for new users. Excellent article!

Powerful and easy to use-stand alone or connected to home circuits. All features as represented. Great back up for home, rv and other needs.

Packed with power, small enough to be portable!

I added this to my stable of Jackery Power Products! Small enough to be portable and packed with power! I am pleased with the consistency of Jackery Products as they are similar in operation and appearance.
