When I used the 2 teaspoons recommended, it was too “grassy” tasting and had a slightly bitter aftertaste. It was much better with only 1 teaspoon which made a nice mild light cup of green tea.

I love using this for a green tea kombucha. It’s got wonderful flavor and makes a delicious tea!
