I used it to flavor a tofu dish. Very eggy and good.

As a vegan I was looking to make a tasty tofu scramble for my weekend breakfast. This black salt was recommended highly for giving the crumbled tofu that sulfur-ey egg like taste. It was hard to find in the stores but World Spice had it. With just a pinch it ups the taste and depth of flavor to my weekend tofu scramble...love it!

Easy shopping. I used to get black salt from an Asian grocery, 40 minutes away. No problem. Everything is 40 minutes away when you live in VT. But then they stopped carrying it, and other stores had no idea what it was. It didn’t help that black salt is neither black, nor salt. But World Spice had it, and shipped it right out. Perfect!
