Just Sel de Mer and cracked Tellicherry Pepper is my go to rub for Tri Tip Barbecue - a distinct flavor that doesn't over ride the flavor of the meat. Simplicity at its best!

After being exposed to Sol de Mer in France I was happy to find it available thru World Spice in Seattle. This is the greatest finishing salt I have ever eaten. Depth of flavor that enhances what ever I cook with out over powering the properties of the dish.
