This first month has been very hard for me because I started having heartburn and Reflux all day and after the 3rd week decreased to once or twice a day. I knew that will happen because my Gut is getting healed and I hope my second month will be better with those side effects. The bloating and gasses decreased as well, so that is a win. Iwill continue with the protocol for another 2 months.

I’m on my second treat, following all instructions and I really didn’t notice a difference.
