Japanese Yoshimi Kato AOGAMI Super Nashiji Gyuto Chef Knife 210mm

Exactly what I was looking for. These knives are very difficult to find, I actually imported this to the UK as I couldn’t find one locally. Was cheaper to buy and import, even with import duty, than equivalents in the UK! Very impressed with the pricing, the speed of delivery, the communication and level of customer care. Knife arrived as expected and is superb. Fit and finish is incredible, cuts like a laser and is very understated. Nice balance in hand and capable of everything I’ve thrown at it. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from BTJKS again, really great company!

Beautiful and understated. Gorgeous really. Well balanced, great performer. Sturdy enough to not be over cautious with its use. I prep in pro kitchen with it every day. The transaction was also lightning fast and flawless.
