Scala Chateau Hat not as described

Hat is very stylish and desirable. Hat had the feel of hard plastic. I suspect it was heavily lacquered straw. Description says it’s crushable. I suspect if you attempt to crush it would shatter. Not pleased there was a return fee for something not as described. If it was less stiff, it might have fit.
