Poor Quality for the Price

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bellissimo Hats. The quality of the hat is nowhere near what you would expect for the price you pay. It looks and feels far cheaper than advertised, and I honestly feel that the product is overpriced for what you receive. What made the experience even worse was the customer service.I contacted them multiple times by email and Instagram asking if they would consider allowing me to return the hat because I simply wasn’t happy with the quality\. My messages were either ignored or left on “seen,” and I never received a meaningful response. Their return policy is incredibly disappointing\. If you receive the hat and don’t like it, you’re essentially forced to keep it, even if it has never been worn and is still in its original packaging\. I have never experienced anything like this with any reputable retailer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.If you’re considering buying one of their hats, be aware that the quality may not match the price, and if you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may have no reasonable way to return it.

Hats Off!

Well I was skeptical ordering hats online with all the hype to buy other company hats which by the way didn’t hold up to expectations Didn’t fit right material was poor overall outcomes were sad. I took another chance on Belissimo and the hat didn’t disappoint! I’m taking it to Italy on my trip and am excited to wear it. Fits great and looks fantastic or should I say BELISIMMO !!
