I need to let the wine age

Yeast

I bought Bold Red / High Alcohol Wine Wyeast 4946. 2 of the 3 worked fine. When the package arrived it was very warm from shipping and I believe the pouch of yeast that didn't work was caused by the heat. Good product,,,, needs a colder shipping procedure.
