Still working
The mead is in the secondary fermentation jar, a month into the journey to drinkable.
When I added the first packet of yeast nutrient on day two I poured it into the primary fermentation jar and I then ‘enjoyed’ a geyser of not-yet mead erupting out of the jar. For the next two days I mixed the nutrient in water before adding it to the jar. Yeast continued to work, albeit slowly for a month at which point I siphoned the mead into the secondary fermentation jar.
