Not as good as other providers

First time ordering from this site. The mug is cute, but the images were very light, almost faded looking. I've ordered mugs from other sites and the images look like what they look like in the example photos. I'm disappointed, but my family isn't going to know the difference and will love them anyway.

Just ok, expensive!

The website upload process was buggy, I couldn't resize my images. I tried asking for help but they said I couldn't edit an order once submitted but I couldn't save my work while I was waiting for a response.... that was frustrating. My order arrived on time but I got blased by emails every single day, sometimes mutliple times per day... that was really annoying. The mug seems ok but not sure how durable the image will hold up over time. We'll see. I don't think I'd order from this company again and spend that 30 bucks again for a single coffee cup.

The mug itself is good quality. The photograph quality is not so good. It’s a cute gift not worth the money.
