This oil is great. My last two purchases were both Coritina varieties and were much stronger in flavor. Even though this Hojiblanca is is high in polyphenols, 675 I believe, it is somewhat mild and fruity. It is very enjoyable to use. I will definitely buy this again. Also, this oil was packaged tightly and perfectly. It arrived in perfect condition.

I like this olive oil because the taste is on the grassy side and the burn is a little stronger, but the density is a little thinner. Still a great oil
