I knew this thing will be versatile but was worried it would not be steady and have a little give to it. If you tighten all the screws and the pop pins it is solid. Biggest pain is moving the whole apparatus up and down. In some positions like leg curl, it needs to be flipped…. My recommendation would be to have a dedicated rack for the isolator and prepare the position for the planned workout before you start…

Great addition

Leg days are never fun but this machine replaces the 18 different ones I don't have space for. Does it work as great as a dedicated unit no but for the price size and versatility you can not beat it

 an amazing space saving piece of equipment that can do so many exercises. Where space is a premium, I’m ecstatic to have The versatility of a commercial gym in my basement
