Lemon flake salt is amazing

I saw a video of a salad dressed with simple ingredients, I think olive oil, vinegar, lemon salt and Parmesan. I ordered lemon flake salt and found it to be everything it claimed. Fresh, simple. The fresh lemon tang and flavormuch like lemon peel along with salt enhances so many dishes.
