I wanted to try Pamelas when I realized my well known brand of gf bread flour contained wheat (and crazy expensive). I don’t want my allergen customers to have to research my products to ensure they’re safe. I’ve loved experimenting in test kitchen with Pamela’s! I did a review on TikTok as well under Bakerrach. Great results doing a blend with Pamela’s gf AP for my sourdough loaf. My pause as a micro baker is convenient access for my orders. I need ingredients that are readily available so waiting on shipping isn’t something I’d scale but I’ll definitely keep a couple bags in hand. The flavor and texture are AWESOME. Give it a try!

Great Mix

This mix is very easy to use. We use it to make communion bread for our church to keep it allergen free we make it without eggs also but it still works great with a flax egg substitute. Also we have received great customer service. Will continue ordering.

I have been using the gluten free bread mix for several years now. I make my bread in a bread machine and love the results. it takes me less than 15 minutes to put in the ingredients and 2.5 hours later I have a beautiful and delicious gluten free bread.
