Pamela’s GF all-purpose flour has become a must for me when baking. In the past I’ve tried other commercial mixes but once I found Pamela’s , my gluten free baked products have a distinctively better texture and taste. I’m very grateful because ,as anyone who has a gluten allergy knows, it is a challenge . So, to be able to succeed in baking a tasty treat with the right ingredients - it’s a plus for us who are gluten-challenged. This quality product won’t disappoint. Sourdough bread

My local grocery store stop carrying this so happy to find it here. I tried a different flour but my bread was not as good. I also use this flour for anything I need flour for and does not disappoint.

I have actually replaced all wheat flour in my house with paramolas baking mix cup for cup flour replacer. Out of the six of us in this house there are only two of us that are gluten-free and I have begun doing all baking with Pamela's gluten-free flour mix. It has been a great success all around. Try it for yourself, especially if you like Tolhouse cookies. That's the absolute best crossover recipe.
