Ours turned out very good. Instructions were vague however. Had to add some like wine to complete carboy.

This will be good!

En Primeur Trio Red: Racked today prior to bottling in a few days. Sampled the progress, of course. First impressions are: inky dark color; nose of dark fruit and earth; moderate body; bright juicy acidity with dark fruit, soft tannins and some oak.
