Missing instructions

I just opened the box yesterday, though I received it about a month ago, so I cannot comment about taste. I’ll know more in a few weeks after bottling. The box came quickly but had a little bit of juice leaking into the box, not a big deal. I was surprised that there were no instructions enclosed. Thankfully, I’ve saved a few instructions from past purchases so I was able to proceed. I’ve been pleased with nearly all my past purchases so I’m hoping that this kit will be equally as good.
