This wine lives up to its name with a beautiful red color. While it is not a big red wine, it is very enjoyable right after bottling. I chose to add a fifth of cherry brandy to what totaled 24 bottles.

Second time with this kit - great results. Full bodied red with plenty of flavor. For whatever reason I had a classic krausen blow off which was a first for me after many batches. NB was very helpful.
