Love this wine

We love this kit. A fantastic flavor, so smooth and lovely. We kept it in secondary longer than the recommendation, racked another time and it’s absolutely perfect. It’s been a couple of months since bottling and it keeps getting better. You can sip it by itself or pair it with tomato dishes or heavy cheeses. I will definitely want to buy it again to keep bottles around. Friends have also loved it. We really recommend it.

Pretty good

only issue i ran into was trying to use a Brix refractometer for the first time and didn't get the clearing started on time. Wine is bottle and the wife is happy, though we feel like it should age a bit. Bottles definitely improve in flavor when allowed to breath for a while before drinking.
