Just bottled it today. Very good kit easy to do. Very happy with the results.

So Far So Good!!

This is our first attempt at the Italian Riesling kit by Master Vintner, and so far so good. Still in the process, with a few more weeks before bottling, but it’s been pretty straight forward thus far. One day maybe we'll remember to read the reviews before starting the process, as we probably would not have added all the conditioner based on the reviews... Live and learn (one day). Still looking forward to trying the final product!

Great wine

This was a little different than previous Riesling kits I've made, but the wine turned out fantastic. There's no bentonite, the instructions called for more racking steps than I'm used to, and there was a bottle of concentrated grape juice to add after fermentation. The wine tasted great as it was, so I didn't add any sweetener and ended up with a nice crisp, clean, dry Riesling.
