Great instructions

My first brewing experience and I was able to fallow instructions. Wine is bottled up and ended up with 26.5 bottles. I will be purchasing from them again for sure . Thanks!

Very high hopes for this batch

If you follow the directions precisely, Master Vintner wine kits produce very good wines (OK, even if you make a few minor mistakes you can still get a very good wine.) At bottling, I tasted the Cabernet Sauvignon wine. It was a little rough and needed aging in the bottle. But I could tell it was going to smooth out well. I will sample a bottle at 3 months to see how it is aging, and hope to be able to serve it at a family reunion at 5 months. That is still a few months early, but I have high hopes.

Good robust flavor, decent potential Al level. Easy kit to use.
